Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Bookloft, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.

1. Order Processing Time All orders are carefully reviewed, prepared, and packaged within 2 to 4 business days after the order is placed. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

2. Shipping Times Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Occasional delays may occur due to high volume, bad weather conditions, or carrier issues out of our control.

3. Order Tracking After your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system. You can track your package directly through the link provided in your email.

4. Incorrect Shipping Addresses Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is completely accurate. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee that we can change an address after an order has been placed.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if it is marked as "Return to Sender" or "Undeliverable," the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipping costs. We will not issue full refunds for orders lost or returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages / "Marked as Delivered" Bookloft is not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the postal carrier. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please check your surroundings, ask your neighbors, or contact your local post office directly.

If your package is lost in transit (before being marked as delivered), please contact us so we can investigate the issue with the carrier and arrange a replacement if necessary.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes For international orders, Bookloft is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
